Our Caregivers:
We are very selective when choosing caregivers to join our TEAM! Our philosophy is; “Treat our Seniors as we would want our LOVED ones treated – Like Family!
- We perform the following:
- One-one-One in person caregiver interviews
- Perform criminal history and background check
- Federal Fingerprint Background check
- Check Caregiver Driving Records
- Perform Personal and Professional Reference Checks
- Ensure they have all the required licensing
- Yearly 12 hours of Continuing Education
- On the job training – If needed
- Assess skills and knowledge when hired
- Frequent checkins with our caregivers
- Yearly Performance reviews

We offer flexible shifts and times. We will work with you to maximize your day and help personalize your schedule.
Requirements: Must have a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or HCA (Home Care Aid) license or Verification of Employment form (proof of working as a caregiver in 2011) or be willing to enroll in classes to obtain a license.

- Must pass a background check
- GED or high school diploma
- Drivers License and reliable transportation
- Auto insurance and good driving record
- Some of the physical requirements include: bending, stooping, walking, climbing stairs, reaching and lifting (up to 40lbs.)
